The Bridge Breast Network links low income, uninsured and under-insured individuals to diagnostic and treatment services for breast cancer.  Can you answer "yes" to the following questions; if so, you may qualify for assistance from The Bridge Breast Network.  If so, please contact our office for more information.

Eligibility requirements:

§          Your income does exceed 250% above the Federal Poverty Level

§          You have a breast health issue

§          You live in one of the Texas counties listed in our service area

§          You are uninsured or under-insured
